<금 주 의 건 설 영 어> WEEK 7-3

1.  Additional Work : (계약 내) 추가공사

계약에 포함된 추가공사로 계약변경이 되지 않는 한 비용보상을 받을 수 없습니다.

Ex) Variation may include any additional work necessary for the Permanent Works.

 

2.  Extra Work : (계약 외) 추가공사

계약사항이 아닌 새로운 공사로서 비용보상을 받을 수 있습니다.

Ex) Extra work in construction law refers to that work which is not required under the contract.

 

3.  Scope of Work : 업무범위

계약목적물(Deliverable) 건설을 위해 계약적으로 수행해야 할 일을 명기한 것으로 이해하시면 되겠습니다. 기본적으로 입찰조건에 명기된 Scope of Work 이외의 공사는 수행할 계약적 의무가 없습니다.

Ex) The Contractor's scope of work shall not be limited to the following categories.

 

4.  Deduction Work : 감액공사

Ex) You must prepare and report the specification of the deduction work.

 

5.  Overtime Work : 초과근무

해외도 국내와 마찬가지로 야간근무, 휴일근무 등에 대한 초과근무수당(1.5~3배 정도)을 줘야 합니다.

Ex) The shortage of labour could no longer be compensated by overtime work.
